Hosting Successful Meetings
The Student Organization support staff from the Office for Student Organizations, Leadership & Involvement (SOLI), formerly CfLI, provided information, guidance and tips on how to best host events and meetings.
Fostering Inclusive Enviorments
Through guided discussion facilitated by Larry Jolón, participants considered their own dominant identities and the possible organizational identity of their Registered Student Organization. Together they explored how to identify and remove barriers as well as the opportunity to examine what diversity looks like in their own organizations. Through small group activities and individual reflection, participants discovered how these lessons can be applied to both their specific programs and in their daily lives.
Effectively Using WIN
ODC student team members walked through ways to effectively use your organization’s WIN page to successfully run your organization virtually. They went over how to run virtual elections, effectively advertise and market your events & organization, and WIN capabilities to help manage your org!
